Complaining is a harmful habit that distances us from self-realization because once we complain about something, we end up saying something we don’t want, instead of saying what we really want.

Don’t be surprised if you find out that you’re mumbling a lot more than you expected. It’s unconscious. We’re so used to complaining that we don’t realize the impact it has in our lives. The trick to eliminate complaints is taking control of our words.

How about trying to spend 24 hours without complaining. Not even a slight mumble. It’s not that difficult!

Stop Complaining Mouth

Stop complaining and believe life can be much better if we change our attitude and stop only focusing on what’s wrong. If you don’t like something, whatever it may be, change it. If you can’t change it, change yourself!

“Change your thoughts and you change your world.” - Norman Vincent Peale

How about we do a little experiment, ready? It may surprise you! You’ll just need a peace of paper and a pen or just your personal notes app. Mark an “X” on the paper every time you catch yourself grumbling about something. Whatever it is, a common problem you face daily or something that’s hard to deal with. After that, go back to your notes and check how many “X’s” you wrote in a single day. How many “X’s” did you write down? If you channel all of your complaining into something positive, this can eventually transform all of your problems into solutions.

Believe it, the key to transform your life is in your hands. Embrace the “no complaints” lifestyle and you’ll see how everything in your life will flow better. Our words reveal what we think, and our thoughts create our life.
